There is a perforated dotted line across the center
and down the middlw so after printing you fold back and forth
on each dotted line and then pull apart.  No cutting.

Instructions for doing the layout may be in the box
otherwise you can look online
or once you layout your design you print it out on white paper and hold it up
to lights and put it behind
the postcard sheet and see how your line up looks before printing.
Both sides have floral images... one side is brighter and the other
side is lighter and more washed out.
