W22 Franklin RARE Postal Stationary Wrapper with PF Cert (Stock W22 PF1)

Rare wrapper with original PF cert...while the entire is slightly reduced, this is still a world class rarity...while one could make a wonderful cut square from this (and I price as as such), I personally would keep intact...please see the cert and scans for details...a rare find indeed...
I have added a nice selection of many stamps to my store.  I fondly remember going to stamp shows as a child, enjoying going through counter books where I could pick out the 'ideal' stamp for me.  The days where local stamp shows would allow this experience are few and far between.  I have attempted to re-create this by listing selected stock which you can pick from.
