Vtg Arts & Crafts Bungalow 4 Strand Rattan Sofa
Fully restored, 4-Strand rattan, 3-Seater, Arts & Crafts style sofa, stained in a bright Coral, then sealed in a high gloss Polycrylic and appointed with dark cocoa colored leather seat cushions, to lend a luxurious tropical experience to your porch, sunroom or cabanna.
Condition: 10/10; Vintage Restored; ready to impress!
Work Performed; Although I received this sofa in fair condition, it did require the seat back be resecured to the base.
It’s clear coat was crystallized & required complete stripping, before staining in a pink toned coral.
The final three coats of clear protectant applied raise the finish to a high gloss, that really shows off the stain, as well as shielding it from sun and moisture.
I ditched the outdated and badly molded cushions for two layers of new foam, with deep cocoa colored leather covers.
