Vintage Royal Albert Teacup & Saucer Duo “THE GARDENIA”, Rare c1935

Description

This vintage Royal Albert teacup and saucer set is called The Gardenia and was made in 1935. This set has a beautiful black matte background with white gardenias and burnished gold gilding. There are a few minor “specks” of white showing through on the saucer (see photo #9) but other than that, it’s in mint condition.

After losing my job 3 weeks before I was about to move I thought I'd wait till I got moved and settled in to find a new one. Well, who knew that a pandemic was about to hit us all and finding a new job became nearly impossible so I
started to sell some of the things I was going to sell in a garage sale that summer on eBay.
I'm a single woman so I've only had myself to rely on and once I realized I could maybe make a living doing this, I started to visit thrift stores, garage and estate sales to help rescue items that not only need a new home but also help you find what you're looking for.
I make sure to take detailed photos and will tell of any problems in the description. All of my items come from a smoke free home and I spend extra time during the packaging to make sure it arrives safe and sound to you. I'd be lying to you if I told you that my items come from a pet free home but I have 3 small dogs that are hypoallergenic so I hope that isn't a problem and they never are near any of the items I'm selling. They just help keep me company and I adore them!
