VINTAGE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. UNCLE NAPOLEON SOLO CAP TOY with HOLSTER

Condition Issues:  from a toy lot purchase.....needs cleaned, logo stickers are worn, mechanism is rusty ( hammer pulls back with trigger, but does not strike back enough to fire a cap )
Holster is dirty/dull and has rusty rivets, the plastic is stiff and I feel if you were to close the flap, the plastic would crack at the seam.
