Vintage Black Transferware Handleless Cup with Scenic Motif

Description

This is a vintage porcelain cup that is unmarked by the maker.  It is a handleless cup with a footed base that stands approximately 2 ½” in height and 3 ¾” in diameter and features a subtle black transfer print set against a bright white background.  Two sides of the cup feature finely detailed idyllic and pastoral scenes of olden days.  Despite a few manufacturing flaws, some rough edges and minor scratches, this handleless cup is in very good condition with no evidence of damage.
