U.S. Army Recruiter Badge Book Cover Cleveland Recruit Battalion Zippered USAREC

This Army Recruiter case is possibly a book cover or organizer for a recruiter and I believe the words RB Cleveland stand for Recruitment Battalion Cleveland although it could possibly be someone's name. It zips well but there are some long threads that can be seen near zipper (pictures 7 and 8). The lower part of the badge has slight discoloration and the face of the eagle is hard to see. I don't know the age of the case but it is made in the USA by a company called Kane.
The dimensions when case is opened are 17 inches wide (but a book or notebook would need to be a slight bit less wide to fit. It's about 8.5 inches in height.
