Description

Two different 1980 Reggie Jackson Panasonic Store Display Banners.
Unusual and obviously RARE silk/polyester banners created strictly for display in stores featuring Reggie Jackson endorsing the then-new Panasonic camera. I’ve had these since the year of issue! These were not sold - they were strictly for store display. I asked the store if I could have these when they were done with the campaign and they saved them for me. The material could be mistaken for thick silk but is some kind of high quality polyester cloth. They are REALLY well made!
Interesting that Panasonic avoided use of the Yankees logo. Obviously the result of a licensing and/or cost-cutting issue!
Each measures 22 x 30 inches. They easily ship rolled, easily display by hanging on built in hangers, and lay flat when hanging due to wood dowel rod design (there is a thin strip of wood designed in along the top and bottom of the displays).
