    RARE MEXICAN DRAGOON UNIFORM

    We are happy to be offering one of the Mexican Military Uniforms that was worn in the outstanding ORIGINAL movie
    'THE ALAMO'
    from 1960. It is a 2 piece Uniform that consists of the jacket and pants. The uniform jacket is red with a gray 'vest',  gray collar and cuffs. The pants are a gray with a red stripe down the outside seam and has a side zipped waist. Both the pants and jacket have stamps from Western Costume Company.
    These uniforms mostly have some spots or wear as they are in the condition they were in when done on the set!
    'THE ALAMO' (1960) starred JOHN WAYNE, RICHARD WIDMARK, LAURENCE HARVEY, CHILL WILLS, DENVER PYLE, FRANKIE AVALON, PATRICK WAYNE, LINDA CRISTAL, JOAN O'BRIEN, KEN CURTIS and many others. This movie was John Wayne's first as a director. Considering this outfit is over 60 years old, it is in excellent condition.
    All of us at Hollywood Movie Costumes feel very fortunate in being able to bring to auction this fine piece of Hollywood History. All of the items we are putting up for auction were used in the Movies, T.V. or Theater.
