Sugar Cup antique

This beautiful old little bowl is 4 inches in height and approximately 6 inches from handle to handle. There si ssome minor wear due to ist old ageI believe it is porcelain. As yoou can see,it has a george portrait on the front of the piece.
It has some mark on the bottom.. LL. a red markrr and perhaps a 3 50 0. I have no idea of its identity.
