    Stihl HL-KM 145 33" Extension KombiSystem KombiTool  HL 145 145° Adjustable 20" Hedge Trimmer with the Blade Sheath. The extension and hedge trimmer show normal wear. The extension does not have any bends or breaks in it. The blades still have good cutting lift left to them
