This roll crimp table tool is a device designed to equip smoothbore hunting ammunition using the «roll up» method.
The main function is to secure the contents of the cartridge ( powder, wadding, pads, pellets or shot ) inside the cartridge case with the rolled up curved edges.
INSTRUCTIONS
A pre-loaded cartridge is inserted with the base of the cartridge case into the pressure washer and the end of the cartridge case is pressed against the indexing matrix.
The rolled up process is perfored by rotating the handle. While doing this, gradually push the lever.
No need to apply too much pressure. Excessive pressure can cause the cartridge case to jam and make further use of such ammunition impossible.
If you did everything correctly, the edge of the cartridge will get an even rounded edge.
The rolling method is considered to be the most universal, because it is suitable for both buckshot and pellets.
The spindle has its own thread, so it is possible to replace aluminium crimp matrix in a moment if there is a damage.
It can be easily installed on any horizontal surface. Electricity supply doesn't need, which is why it is possible to reload shotgun cartridges under any conditions. The tool is made of steel and aluminum, giving the product a long life and an excellent performance.
