    Description

Shellplate Bearing and Camming Pin Bearing Kit for Dillon XL650 or XL750 combines the very popular Shellplate Bearing Kit and the Camming Pin Bearing for eliminating the spills of powder when the shellplate indexes. Run out is minimized resulting in more consistent overall length of your ammo.  This kit will make the operation of your press as smooth as silk. You will save the cost of shipping if these items were purchased
    separately
    .
Adjusting the bearing preload is easy and offers a much greater range of adjustment compared to the simple washer options.
Ejector wire is not included with the kit, the pictures are examples of how to tune the wire.
Many users report more consistent and easier primer seating. This kit does not require re-adjustment of dies.
Our Camming Pin Bearing reduces friction and
    smooths
the reciprocating action of the case insert slide and slide cam. A the same pin diameter as OEM, allows the casefeed arm to function correctly.
The hex cut into the end helps you properly align the bearing using an allen wrench. Our camming pins have a blued finish. We match the dimensions of the OEM pin. Our pin fully supports the casefeed arm, reducing vibrations and unnecessary wear. Reduced vibrations helps to keep cases correct side up when using a casefeeder. This is an exclusive feature of our pin.
Detailed instructions come with each of our kits. We also maintain a FAQ with the latest tips and tricks for your press. You may want to check that out before purchasing a kit.
Our kits were featured in the Nov/Dec 2011 issue of
    Front Sight
    magazine.
How the low mass detent ball works:
Our Low Mass Detent Ball for the Dillon RL 450, RL 550, XL 650, XL 750, and SL 900 is tough as nails.
The LMDB and reduced power spring is custom made to our specifications, these are not off the shelf items.
This phenolic ball is super hard, smooth and lightweight.  It's approximately 7 times lighter than the factory steel ball and every bit as tough.  The low mass detent ball and reduced power spring has less momentum when it locks up with the shellplate.  The material also absorbs vibrations much better than the steel ball. This detent ball is highly abrasion resistant and will not be cut or scarred by the shellplate.  These are industrial grade and used when strength and abrasion resistance is required.
