Nautical Pictures of Ship "James Allen", Americana Liberty, Lady, Stars, dated 1830, Artist DM
One side has carved flowers and vines.
I believe this is a resin composite.
A piece is broken off / missing on the bottom.
There is a glue repair near the bottom.
