The Scott U.S. Specialized Catalog does not handle the Postal Buddy Cards very well at this time. This is a specialized group of cards, and requires the use of a very specialized catalog... in this case, the Postal Card Catalog published by the United Postal Stationery Society.
However, THAT catalog only covers the BASIC Postal Buddy varieties, and not these specialized varieties.
WHEN a buyer purchased a Postal Buddy #3 Card, which could be used for many different types of notifications, they had the option of printing 11 different designs at the left....in addition to the 2 "basic" designs which I list separately. 13 designs in all.
AND For some reason I don't know, the 11 specialized varieties were also available WITHOUT the Postal Buddy design at the upper right.
These designs are ALL considered "mint" by me, if one defines "mint" as being "the condition in which an item leaves the Post Office without any printing (like advertising) being applied later. These cards are printed, but the printing is applied INTERNALLY by the machine, and the Postal Buddy kiosk machine WAS, under contract, an extension of the USPS.
Call them MINT, or call them UNUSED, they are what they are. They are relatively scarce, as they were not available from the Philatelic Agency in Washington, but only from the Postal Buddy machines.
The Variety Number that I use (CVUX3-10, PSE103) comes from the Postal Buddy Receipt which the machine spat out when you bought one or more cards, using the Postal Buddy Money Card. I have the 1992 and 1993 versions of these Money Cards available in the POSTAL BUDDY CARDS - BASIC section.

MINIMUM ORDER, PLEASE.
If you buy several lots, please load up the Shopping Cart and pay ONCE, when you're finished ordering.
PLEASE DON'T PAY AFTER EACH LOT.
Postage for multiple lots is always discounted; you'll never pay more than the actual shipping charges.
If you're buying several lots and the eBay checkout system hands you a postage bill which is off the charts, you can either:
1. Request a total from me BEFORE you pay (in which case I can dig into their system and adjust the postage charge).... or
2. Just pay the whole thing, and when I fill your order, I'll adjust the charges and send you a refund.
I'm a dinosaur on the internet, making my customers happy the old-fashioned way, just as I've done thru the mail since 1971.
SATISFACTION is ALWAYS GUARANTEED!
As an ASDA member I stand behind what I sell. Any item I fail to properly describe may be returned within 7 days for a full refund, plus shipping costs.
N.Y. STATE residents must pay the Sales Tax of the County in which they live.
EBAY currently collects Sales Tax for 30+ states, as well as NY.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS, please don't ask me to misrepresent the value of your order so you can avoid import fees or the V.A.T..

A FINAL WORD - ABOUT MY SCANS:
What you get will be BETTER than what you see!
Computer scans often show darker or lighter areas which aren't on the actual item, and the larger the object to be scanned, the more areas will be affected.
Plus, I scan using a "cover sheet" to hold the item in place, and the plastic cover can creates glare.
And, I often use shortcuts because I just don't have the time to scan every item I sell; I sometimes have to recycle an old scan to illustrate a new item.
ALWAYS GO WITH THE DESCRIPTION!
Your item may look a LITTLE different from the scan, but it will match the description 100%.....and it will ALWAYS be a top-quality item.
My feedback on EBAY speaks for itself.
