COMPLETELY REFURBISHED HOLLYWOOD TURRET — Truly one of a kind heirloom that can be passed down for generations
Disassembled, sanded to smooth out all of the rough areas left over from the forging process. Paint is “High Solids” industrial grade, holds up very well and is simple to fix if scratched, unlike powder coating.
Reassembled checking all preloads, tolerances, and lubed
Turrets put on lathe and checked for runout, lightly turned to eliminate any discrepancies
All parts painstakingly cleaned, polished and checked for serviceable function
Test loaded ammo, little to no run out
This press is beautiful, and represents a weeks worth of labor!
Usually do these as custom refurbishment on other peoples presses, so here’s your chance to own an extremely high quality reloading press that is also fantastic looking.
**Keep in mind that this is a very old, used piece of equipment, there are a few dings here and there, it’s not without blemish **
Press Includes:
4 new machine shop quality handles, most of these are missing and are very expensive to replace
3 Custom made 7/8” inserts for the large holes
Universal Shell/Case holder (RCBS) just requires the clip in shell for the caliber one wants to reload, no need to buy expensive shell holders that are no longer produced
1 original  Large Primer holder
1 original Small Primer holder
Handle turned on lathe to clean and add just a bit of grip
Original Hollywood Powder measure with Drop Tube, and original top Cap (missing on most)
Custom made Hard Maple mounting board, allows the handle to drop down correctly, out of the way.  Just use clamps to hold it to the table/bench or drill for mounting bolts
Most of these are missing handles, inserts, primer rods, this one is complete you don’t have to look for parts….as always I’m open to reasonable offers.
