Red Transferware Porcelain Double Handled Cup and Saucer

Description

Very pretty decorative cup and saucer.  The cup has a repeating scene with a repeating decorative
pattern around the inside edge of the cup. The plate has a repeating pattern alternating between a building scene and decorative floral/ geometric pattern, it is surrounded by a scrolling floral and leaf pattern.  It is a pretty reddish pink with a cream colored background and the scenes are nicely detailed.
I have done a little research on the makers mark and I believe this is a modern redesign by an Italian company and made in China.
