    Very Rare Universal Pictures Co, Inc R2 Labeled 1930’s Black Bias Cut Taffeta Star Worn Ball Gown W/Train M
    This very rare Universal Pictures Co, Inc R2 labeled black bias cut ball gown is made of a thick satin taffeta fabric. It has short puff sleeves with a full swing skirt and back train with a ¾ hook & eye and baby snap back closure and an inside support strap.
    It bears a thin cloth label (no name present) along with the studio label.
    The dress is in magnificent condition with the exception of tearing on the shoulders due to hanging for many years.
    Worn by an unknown actress in an unknown movie
    This gown along with several other I have up for consideration came from a studio sale about 15 years ago and has been in my private collection until now.
