A remainder on this city that changed hands several times during the Twentieth Century.
The note was issued by the "Municipality of the Royal Metropolitan City of Lwow ___ by permission of the Military Governor-General of Galicia."
It has an "unissued" rubber stamping at upper left.
This is only the second example of this note that we have ever offered.
