Phelps Star style reloader

Description

Phelps reloader same as Star 38 spl. with Hulme case feeder and Freeloader case feeder.
Phelps and Star are interchangeable as far as parts and dies and powder slides -- all parts for that matter.  Machine runs perfectly.  Have used it for years without any problems.  To load 357 mag just adjust seating and expanding dies and go to work.  Star was made on west coast and Phelps on the east coast.  Both identical.
