We manufacture arbor press anvil wheels from 3-3/8" to 12" diameters.  This wheel is 3-3/8" and is 1/2" thick STEEL (not cast) and is more than strong enough for this application.  This CNC cut blank is finely cut from strong STEEL plate with extra fine surface finish.
This is not a ragged casting that can unexpectedly shatter

Perfect replacement for Harbor Freight wheels that have very rough tapered slots that can damage shafts. SEE pictures number 5.

This is not a "Blank"
that requires further finishing.  The edges are smoothed and lightly deburred.
The bottom is ground flat and has a 1/4" diameter pivot pin installed.
