. Surface mounted. Manual locking version requires users to rotate the knob into the the locked and unlocked positions. Includes 1 straight cam and 1 offset cam. Uses 3/4 mounting hole. Two codes per lock one user code and one supervisor code. Low battery indicator - 50 000 cycles between battery changes. Convenient external battery installation (2 AAA batteries included). Silver finish. If hinges are on the left side when facing the cabinet - place Left hand. If hinges are on the right side when facing the cabinet - place Right hand. Lock complies with ADA standards for door locks

If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange will be made or a refund issued. We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) - This will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.
Please note:
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Exceptions
For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not be returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on any costumes purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30). We will not accept any returns for Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn.
