This auction is for original wardrobe items from the movie Allegiance, starring
Seth Gabel (Danny Sefton), Pablo Schreiber (Alec Chambers), Malik Yoba (Hart), Dominic Fumusa (Captain Angelo), Jason Lew (Sergeant Kraft), Laith Nakli (First Sergeant Wells), Aidan Quinn (Colonel Owens) and Shad Moss (Reyes).
The movie was released in December of 2012 and shown at various film festivals and theaters across the country.
The movie took place on a National Guard base in New York in 2004 and most wardrobe items are military in nature. Items to be sold include various fatigue pants, shirts, hats, rucksacks, and jackets.
This particular desert camo shirt is a size medium. It says Dean above the right pocket and has no collar patches. The right arm has a United States flag patch. Above the left pocket is the US Army patch.  On the left arm is round Statue of Liberty patch. While this shirt was used in the movie, Dean was not a main character.

Synopsis:
After being granted a questionable transfer that will keep him stateside as his National Guard unit deploys for Iraq, Lieutenant Danny Sefton (Gabel) becomes embroiled in a last-minute AWOL attempt by one of his soldiers (Bow Wow) on the eve of deployment — forcing Sefton to choose between his loyalties to the fleeing soldier, his unit and his family.
The film was written, directed, produced and financed almost entirely by veterans. Former
Navy SEALS

Army Green Berets
were enlisted to train the actors and extras.

executive produced the film.

If you are an international buyer, please know your local regulations regarding customs fees and prohibited items. After 6 years in this business I just found out that I am not allowed to ship footwear or leather items to Italy. I had no idea. While most things get through with no problems, which is why I did not know, if a prohibited item gets stopped in customs I may not be able to get it back and it may not get to you either. I do apologize, I can understand not being able to ship live animals or contagious diseases, but shoes? Also, I cannot mark items "gift" as this constitutes mail fraud.
Here's the fine print mumbo jumbo that seems to be necessary these days:
Please email me with any questions before bidding. Buyer is responsible for actually paying for the item once it has been purchased (don't laugh -- there are some who don't quite get that part). The item is as-is and is in used condition unless otherwise stated. However, I will refund your money if the item is misrepresented. I do my best to accurately describe each item and will only accept returns if the item sent does not match my description or I was completely wrong about a detail. Items that are physically picked up by the buyer may not be returned after the buyer has taken possession of the item.
All items will incur a .25 handling fee -- which is used for insurance and for delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for providing transportation, materials, and manpower necessary to retrieve any items that are pick-up only unless arranged differently with seller. Buyer must respond within 3 days (sooner preferably) of the end of the auction to my invoice and/or email.
I will always leave feedback, but only once I know that you have received your item and that you are happy with our transaction. If there is a problem, please let me know first and I will try to work it out to our mutual satisfaction. SOS! Consignments is an e-consignment business.
