These envelopes are mint, Scott #U540 and have a 1 cent surcharge printed next to the stamp. The stamp is printed with Die 3. Envelope is 6 1/2 inches long and 3 5/8 inches high (#12) - 1958. Each lot contains 2 envelopes. Envelopes may have stuck flaps.
