MEDIEVAL RENAISSANCE ELIZABETHAN TUNIC
THE FLAME AND THE ARROW / ROMEO AND JULIET STYLE

This is a fabulous Medieval / Renaissance Tunic - done in the style worn in movies such as 'THE FLAME AND THE ARROW' 'ROMEO AND JULIET' 'THE VIRGIN QUEEN' and many, many others.
The tunic is done in a gold wool felt with brown velvet trim. It has deep V'd front with a peplum bottom. The tunic fastens in the front with 5 hooks and eyes from just above the waist. There is a wide brown velvet placket around the neckline and front opening then along the hem with a very thin one next to it. The sleeves are split sleeves at the top shoulder with each panel having the brown velvet edging them. The tunic is has an ivory cotton lining. It has a WESTERN COSTUME COMPANY label with ROBERT SCHAEFFER written on it.
This fabulous tunic is marked a size 38.
NOTE:
The brown velvet trim is worn due to age and wear.
