    MEC 650 shotgun Shell Reloader and sizer 12 Guage.  Im selling both the 650 reloader and the sizer/case conditioner.  This was a family members that i aquired.  Ive never used it.  Everthing looks to be intact and in decent shape. It just needs a little cleaning.
