This is a beautiful mid to late fifties Dark Blue Sleeveless Lures Wiggle Dress that was owned and Worn by Actress Marilyn Monroe. This Dress is in beautiful condition and has no smell or damage. There are no maker names anywhere on it. It measures Bust 36 waist 26 Hips 36.

ydney Guilaroff designed hair for the movies and became best friends with huge stars from Greta Garbo to MM. Winner will receive a Personal letter on Sydney Guilaroff's letterhead paper stating how he knew Marilyn and came to own this Gown. The zipper works but the mannequin was too think and i couldnt get it to zip all the way. The letter has been signed, stamped and Notarized dated in 1994.
My late son met and bought a number of items personally from Mr. Guilaroff's collection in the late 1980's and early 1990's before his death. I am selling all of my late son's collection to pay for his end of life/estate expenses. I am 93 years old and really don't know very much about this industry, other than what I have written here. I am not looking to get rich from his items just recoup his original investment.
