These blades rotate at 1725 RPM, reducing food to uniformly small particle size. This Hobart 84186-2 features one piece burnished aluminum housing. This feature makes it easier to wipe clear and eliminates cracks where bacteria can grow. This Hobart 84186-2, also known as a buffalo chopper, includes a bowl cover safety interlock. The machine will not turn on until the bowl cover is locked into position, protecting the user. This 15 lb. capacity Hobart 84186-2 has a pull/push on/off switch.
