    Description

    EZ Clamp; a quick disconnect clamp for the Dillon 550 powder measure
    Replaces the Dillon powder die clamp on the powder measure. This will allow for a quick, TOOL FREE, removal or installation of the powder measure.

    What's included;
    (1) EZ clamp,

    Installation;
    1. Remove the powder fail safe bar assembly.
    2. Remove the existing powder die clamp and screws.
    3. Insert the EZ Clamp in to the powder clamp die body.
    4. Insert the springs and screws, tighten screws until flush with the EZ Clamp. Use of a "PURPLE" t
    hread locker is recommended.
    5. Re-install the
    powder fail safe bar assembly. Reference the assembly note.
    6. Always Be safe! Check your powder throw after installation and before each reloading session.
    Assembly note:
    If you are experiencing twisting of the powder measure, the tension of the "Failsafe Powder Rod Assembly" is too loose. Adjust the "Failsafe Powder Rod Assembly" wing nut until the spring is compressed, during the priming operation, to (1/3) to (2/3) that of the at rest spring length. This will ensure the powder measure stays properly aligned while reloading.
