covered mustard Horizon by OTAGIRI

Description

This listing is for a covered mustard  in the Otagiri Horizon pattern.
It is 2 3/8 inches to the top of the finial. The base is about 1 5/8 inches tall.  It is in
condition, no chips or cracks or crazing.  At the notch where the spoon would rest I have some close-ups. There is part of the glaze that I wanted to confirm wasn't damage, it all looks original.  The piece is really cute.
Everything on my hmnpwr site and my sister's 2vegburg site is from our parent's collections. They started collecting in the early 70's, mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area at the flea markets, shows, auctions, estate sales but they also traveled to LA or east to buy and sell. Their interests were mostly early American to midcentury American and Scandinavian ceramics. They also collected tableware, concentrating on California production. We regularly list new pieces that have been stored away for decades.
