Antique Saucer heavy gold pink blue scalloped edge flower shaped Germany art

This is an antique saucer that is unmarked to maker.  It is gorgeous and in great condition!!
The saucer has a scalloped or wavy edge with a ribbed pattern, and also has a heavy gold, blue, white and pink raised design.  It is shaped like a flower petal.  Measures 6" diameter.
