3 angle form profile, valve seat cutter blades,
cut 3 angles in one pass!
with New3Acut and Neway's 45° & 46° cutter heads.
New and improved design, a basic seat and guide machine, or Bridgport type mill, are recommended for faster work and accuracy, a Neway's power drive unit can be used and with practice very good results can be achieved, depending on hardness of seats with a "T" handle. These blades are designed to be used with 45° New3acut cutter heads and  45° & 46° neway's cutter head. But if you install these same blades on a 30° cutter head, you will cut a seat; 15° top/ 30° seat/ 45° throat angle.

form tool setting fixture
is a must to set blades on cutter head. (We have now two different tool setting fixtures available, visit our store)
