I doubt you'll find a better example of this model. It really is in great shape. Garage kept, runs/drives great, never parked in Sun. Clean title, no salvage. I'm selling because I have 5 BMW's, including this one.
I need to pare down my cars, as its getting too difficult to keep them up. It is killing me to sell my baby. I was going to keep it until it was considered a classic car (>=20 years), but I haven't been driving it much in the last year and I'd hate for the car to go in to disrepair from non-use. My others are: 2013 535i (F10), 2010 X5M (E70), 1998 323i (E36), and 1991 325 (E30).
Some highlights:
This car has never been parked in the sun since I've owned it, which is why all of the rubber is like new. It has always been washed and waxed with Zaino products (https://www.zainostore.com/) up until last year, where I switched to ceramic products from Gyeon (https://gyeonquartz.com/)There are no water spots on any of the windows/mirrors.
There are no swirl marks that I can find on the paint.
The tires are newish. I replaced the fronts last year, and the rears a couple months ago. Maybe 200 miles on the fronts, less on the rears.
The brakes are great. I replaced the brake pads with EBC RedStuff pads (https://ebcbrakes.com/). They are ceramic pads. They are dustless and work very well. I replaced the original BMW brakes due to excessive brake dust. It was unmanageable. It has spacers on the wheels which makes the wheels sit nicely on the car.
The rearview mirror has been replaced. The original had the typical fluid problem. I replaced the mirror with electronic dimming.
I replaced the navigation head unit with an android head unit last year only because the original navigation unit's screen was losing pixels. The new head unit works great, and I also integrated a rear backup camera. The head unit was purchased from Avin (https://avinusa.com/), which sells custom BMW integrated head units.
It comes with the hardtop (matches body color). I've used it once, driving it home when I purchased it. It has been stored in my home since 2008.Let me know if you would like any additional information or pics of this car.
