GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1993 Porsche 968 for your consideration. Porsche experimented with the front engine, rear-wheel-drive concept for a while with the 928, 924, 944, and 968 before settling on the layout for their Panamera, Macan, and Cayenne models. Porsche gave the 968 an updated 3.0L inline-6 motor which produced 240 horsepower and was mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
The example offered here is finished in a unique spec wearing Grand Prix White paint over a black leather interior. What sets this example apart from the rest is the M030 option which was the Sport Suspension and Brake option. This option package included bigger brake calipers and rotors on the front wheels, cross drilled rotors on all four corners, larger front and rear adjustable sway bars, and adjustable ride height front and rear shocks. In addition, Porsche also gave the M030 option cars the 17-inch Cup 1 wheels which are now wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza tires that have less than 1k miles on them.
With the exception of the radio, which has been replaced with an aftermarket Pioneer unit, this example remains largely stock. A K&N air filter has been installed to assist in engine air flow. The previous owners of this beautiful 968 have kept meticulous records of all maintenance that show there are less than 12k miles on the timing and balance shaft belts and rollers, water pump and belts, and clutch. Furthermore, this Porsche includes the factory spare tire and jack.
