1960 Harley Davidson Topper Red/white 165cc 2-stroke Scootaway 7k Miles Scooter
Up for sale is this 1960 Harley Davidson Topper.
Its in very good condition for its age.  Only has 6,899 Miles on it.  It is part of massive motorcycle collection.
Does not come with a Title.
Engine 60A11
Stored inside sellers Dining room in home.
Paint is in great condition some paint wear under the seat and a cracked rear taillight.
Has not been run in years.  Should not take much to have it serviced and get it running.
The Topper has a 165 cc (10.1 cu in) single-cylinder two-stroke engine mounted horizontally between the floorboards.

Terms Of Sale:
Bike may be physically inspected with 24 hours notice as Bike is stored at sellers home. If you are a buyer out of the state and you do have the option to pay for an independent inspection of the Bike if you are the winning bidder. If you choose not to then you waive your rights.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.
Payment is due 7 days of Auction end via certified funds, cash or wire transfer. If certified funds then Bike will not be released until funds are verified deposited and clear.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the Motorcycle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this Bike. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate with any transporter you choose to hire.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback or for anything that is in violation of any other terms and conditions stated within this auction. We reserve the right to end the listing if the Bike is no longer available for sale.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this Motorcycle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay.

Payment must be completed within (2) days of auction close.  If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, you must notify us in advance, and the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within (2) days.
Ebay will automatically file a un-paid item dispute against the buyer if payment is not made on the 2nd day.
6.5% Sales tax is added to the auction if the ship to address is the same state as the seller which is Florida.
