1942 Harley-Davidson Other 1942 WLA 45” FLATHEAD ANTIQUE CUSTOM

For sale is a custom 1942 Harley Davidson WLA 45” Flathead Custom Bike.
An aluminum replica of the original frame was craft fully hand fabricated and tig welded to hold the 45” flathead motor aligned for a big twin 4 speed jockey shifted transmission, new clutches, hub and 1.5” open belt drive. Kickstart only and foot clutch. Custom CNC foot controls hold a Brembo sportbike rear master cylinder and a sprotor style rear caliper for a clean right side look. The motor has a fresh rebuild with new cylinders, heads, pistons, rings, bearings and seals. The ignition is factory circuit breaker with new points and condenser. A custom intake manifold was made for a Mikuni style carburetor and runs great! The front forks are very custom as the Softail lowers were shortened for an otherwise impossible low stance. Seals and bushings and bearings are new in the fork.
The oil tank is underneath the right side hollowed gas tank “cover” along with a new Antigravity 4 cell lithium battery. The wheels, tires are new 16” x 5.00. Handlebars are handcrafted and use an internal throttle.
Speedmill Customs has been fabricating cycle frames and components for over 2 decades. Bicycle fabrication has always been a true love so a Schwinn narrow seat seemed to fit nicely and match the antique style grips.
