    Description

    The envelope is in poor to fair condition.  The envelope was opened on the right edge, resulting in the loss of part of the upper right corner, as seen in the photo.  There is some soiling, mainly on the lower left edge and pencil notations on the front.  The back has black ink notations on the Scott ID of the envelope.
